NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On August 15, 2015, the Company announced that Dr. Jason S. Slakter, a current director of the company, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective August 7, 2015. Concurrent with this appointment, Dr. Irach Taraporewala stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and was appointed Chief Technical Officer at the Company.
